  • Provide legal assistance to those who cannot afford the services of a private legal practitioner.
  • Advocate for the rights of prisoners and remandees.
  • Advocate for the rights of vulnerable groups
  • Provide a “drop-in” center for legal counseling, presentation, and dispute resolution through mediation, conciliation, negotiation, and arbitration
  • Assist the Department of Legal Aid and State Advocate Chambers for more efficient disposition of cases
