- Advocate for the rights of vulnerable groups
- Provide a “drop-in” center for legal counseling, presentation, and dispute resolution through mediation, conciliation, negotiation, and arbitration
- Assist the Department of Legal Aid and State Advocate Chambers for more efficient disposition of cases
